Hw to open my ACER Extensa 503T

I have an Acer Extensa 503T with a bad hard drive. I have tried to open the case up, but something in the center of the computer is keeping the case halves together, the perimeter is all loose. Any help out there? Thanks.

Is there a label on the bottom, perhaps hiding a screw? (Rub the label firmly, and if it dimples inward chances are it is hiding a fastener).

No, Nothing under the label, and whatever is holding the cases together is toward the rear center, away from the label. Maybe something melted and is gluing the cases together? I am not quite to the stage of inserting a putty knife in there to pry apart, but the frustration level is rising.
