before you recieve your computer, but after it ships, my order number has gone dead
i do not have a product number or any other number
this concerns me as there is no longer proof of the purchase of this computer
anyone can help me?
btw, they may be sick computers but the way the do business with problems, major delays, and uncoordination are real turnoffs,
that is not how you become a successful corporation
