Hi everyone again. I figured I would play the phase game with the members here on this forum just for s***s and giggles. Here we go:

I've been really happy with customer service so far,I know everyone I talked to, noted what they told me...whole nine yards, better then dell. Anyway, I've yet to have osmone not be able to answer my questions...myabe you got the idiot of the bunch. That can't be helped.

Have fun with the bloody waiting game! I'm on phase 4, supposed to be phase 5 today, but I've not been able to call in and find out. Don't count on them updating the site often either, they won't. Call in for the most up to date, and I question that sometimes too.

i have called quite a few times and for some reason i keep getting mexicans (or at lesat they just have heavy spanish accents)!
not that that is bad or anything i mean 1 mexican can do more work in one day than 5 americans and a horse can in a week!
it is just hard for me to understand them!
i really have no idea why i am tellin you this

Yeah, I had a hard time understanding them also. But isn't that because all there calls go to a Costa Rican office or something?

No they are in Miami, ( I think) Because the guy that I talked to today put me on hold for 10 minutes while he went over to where they build the computers and actually looked at my computer and the parts to confirm that all of the parts were there. Man if that isn't customer service I don't know what is.

Well, looks like my system will ship during the 2nd week in September according to AW, so I won't have to wait a month for the Ultra 6800. Thanks, Alienware.
