Sager 1280, sager's smallest notebook to date! THe 3790's little brother. - Page 3

Hmm, I spent a little time comparing the specs of the Sager 1280 to other portable notebooks and PCTorque is probably making the right choice on this.

At 5.2 lbs this doesn't seem like much of a contender considering how certain other notebooks in this weight class also have a dedicated video card. Granted that line of notebook can take quite a chunk out of our wallets.

But within this price range we can get much lighter alternatives, up to half the Sager 1280's weight.

I don't know, what does this notebook have (other than the Sager name we love) that would compel us to buy it over its competitors?

I wish they could make a rotating camera like on the Sony tr series. It would be perfect for taking snapshots of graphs/diagrams/etc during lectures in college. Looks like a nice laptop though.

use imageshack or photodump to upload them. That's how I did it for my review.

?? The Sentia is smaller - 1" x 11.5" x 9" - and lighter - around 4 lbs. But yes, it's overpriced.
