Yeah, good idea Craig. I dunno, this is what my paperwork said.

I lost that paperwork somewhere and have yet to find it. There was something on my screen when I started it, but that's disappeared. Oh well, I could care less about the paper. I care about the performance and that ROCKS!!

That's beyond good...that's friggin badass. That is about 4 times the score of a 51m with a 9700. Congratulations, that's a sweet machine.

Doom 3 has a built in benchmark tool that does not cap at 60FPS.

yes there is a command to unlock the FPS in Doom3... But when I did it, the game was adversly effected.. com_fixedtic -1 is the command you would type in the console....

13,037 this time. What are the best conditions to run the test under? Right on startup or after i've been using the PC awhile etc.
It is best to run BM's right after startup, while the pc is as cool as possible. Kill as many processes as possible and then bench away.

If you have Alienadrenaline, update that, and then try this...just before you run the benchmark, use the resource manager and use the memory recover tool to clear as much memory as possible...

The first time I had been running for awhile. This time I had been on maybe 20 minutes. I'll remember that next time.
