questions about my 3790

Hey all, I have some questions here:

1. How do I adjust the settings for my touch pad? I already went to control panel/mouse and adjusted some settings, but I want to adjust how much scrolling vertically and horizontally on the pad scrolls (right now it goes waaay too fast)

2. Is there a reason I should not leave my battery out when I'm not using it? I went to batteryuniversity.com, but I couldn't find that info....

I assume u have the synaptics drivers installed, in mouse properties there will be a "device settings" tab (with the synaptics icon)

select the touchpad -> settings, goto virtual scrolling, and if the vertical & horizontal checkboxes r clicked, goto long distance scrolling, u will see a bar for scrolling speed
