I'm the kinda guy that understands that things go wrong, and I'm ok with this as long as there is an explanation. Yesterday I was told that i was goin going on to phase 8 that day and would probably see phase 9. Fine, called in this morning, said I was on phase ten. GREAT, but now I'm shipping in five days??!! What,; you guys said yesterday, friday, latest monday? WTF!!! Guy disconnected from me. Called them back, they now say I'm still on phase 8 and there is some sort of hold up, can't tell me what. Went off my trigger and got a little pissy with them. They had basically been feeding me BS till this time while I've explained alot that I'm leaving town on the 4th and it was crucial that I knew when it was going to ship. They now aren't sure, I rudely let it know that this was totally unacceptable to be jerked around like this, said the put in a rush order and they should know later today, latest tomorrow when it should be ready. I will adjust shipping from there.
I say they have had there first strike, because I conduct my business like this, first screw up I forgive, second screw up comes with me going off at someone, third means you lose my business. This is thefirst screw up that was in alienwares control, and they botched it big time. That leaves them 2 more chances. Hope the don't screw anymore up because I really want this system.
