3DMark03 & 3DMark01

After a reinstall of my OS the other day I ran both benchmarks.

3DMark03: 11,089
3DMark01: 19,782

Given the configuration of my system, and the score I got on '03, I'm a bit concerned with the low score in '01. Any ideas about why I scored so low?
