problems with the battery charging of clevo 5620P

Hi,

My clevo 5620D died and I got a new motherboard of ebay bet, it goes right but battery status is always changing, switching from 3% to 100% but needs ac power to stay on line. I was thinking to remove the wrong component from the mobo and replace of old mobo, do you know which component may be wrong ?. where could i find the service manual of this mobo ?

Most likely the battery is no good.
