Hopefully that'll cut down on the redundant posts.

Thank goodness that they have the m10-pro and not just the regular m10.

Also the 17" widescreen notebook looks pretty good, just wish the resolution was slightly better.

holy crap 5680 here I come!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! NOT FAIR!!!!
No RAID on the 5680!

Crap, looks like I will be forced to get the 8890 . Wish they'd get rid of the stupid MP3 player, no one ever uses it...

Also + for 8890, looks like it has ports to plug in 5.1 sound without spdif.

I only wish they'd make the veiwing angles on the 16" screen as good as the 5680's 15". That was the original reason why I wanted the 5670 over the 8887.

Can't wait till July, I'll be the first! I've been waiting since last year!

Me too... So Adam (or anyone who actually might know) do you think that the 4760 is going to become Sagers 3rd super-laptop and get updated and new stuff available right along with the 88xx and the 56xx? Actually I would rather have higher rez than a faster proc, but I am curious if the 4760 will catch up to the other two in specs, and be upgradable at the same time (and maybe with the same componants) as as the other 2. I like the wide-screen but I don't want to be stuck without an upgrade path.

Does this mean touch screen, as in tablet pc? How much will it cost?
I believe Sager 4760 can equip with 800FSB and M10-Pro right away, but Clevo just came out with this model so I doubt they will upgrade it to the newer model (4780?) soon. But I'm not that hurry to get a new laptop soon, so I will wait to get this 17" widescreen when it come out with 800FSB and M10-Pro or GeFroceFX Go5600 Ultra.

Crap... You make choosing harder by the moment Do you know at least what price range the 2580 is? As in really high like 2500 and above, 2000-2500, or 1000 and above?

Pricing and Battery

Does anyone know if the pricing will be going up on the 5680? Also, can anyone guess how much the battery like will be reduced, maybe like 30min less on a dual battery set up?

oh yea and that 2580 tablet pc, what kind of processer is that using just out of curiosity, never heard of it before.

THANK GOD THEY'RE ALMOST HERE!!!

OH Yeah baby....

Most of all I like the updated timeframe!! Now this is starting to be an option...

Adam, was hoping you could answer 3 questions on the 5680:

1) I know that hard drives, batteries, etc. can be mutually exclusive options. So is it possible to get dual hard drives, dual batteries, the dvd-rw, and the 6-in-1 media card reader all in one setup? If not, what would I have to drop?

2) Will the weight on these be the same, lesser, or greater, and by how much?

3) Any luck these days on finding a way to get paint jobs on these babies???

Paint Job

I also would like to encourage PCTorque to find a company to handle paint jobs. I can only assume that when these babies come out there will be a flood of orders, if painting was available at that time you would make more money while making your costomers happier.

Around Oct this may happen. Custom paint is still being looked at while still having the Sager warranty.
Adam - do you think the custom paint job will be available in time for the new 5680??
WOOHOO 5680 here I come!

Sorry for the droul I am going to wait also, but I would be really cool if the 4760 could come with the feature of the 5680 I mean 800fsb p4 3.2ghz the ability to upgrade ram to 4 gig. Hey Adam what about that, oh yeah and also the m10-p . Now I am drouling again, sorry, well, I will wait to september or october to see if they will do this. Saving is a b#t#h but hell I am almost half way there, where I don't know. LOL
