m6805 or m6811

i just need to know how much slower is the 3000+ compared to the 3400+???

Day to day processing, you probably won't notice the difference. The m6810 is more of a similar system to the m6805 though. The m6811 also has DVD burner and larger hard drive. The m6805 and m6810 are both essentially the same except for the 3200+ processor in the m6810.

yeah its cus ima be doing a lot of video editting and gaming. tahts why im getting that 1 gig of ram for $150. i would go for the m6809 but i can not find it anywhere

If you will be encoding lots of video, including some long videos, you may well benefit from the m6811 then. I'm not sure of exact times, but the extra MHz could make a decent time difference on a long render. Not to mention, the DVD burner is there at the ready for you on the machine.
