I got this with my computer. I hooked it all up and it sounds great. The problem is the remote that came with it does nothing. When I plug my headset into the external box the sound works great and I can control the volume with the buttons. When I try to use the remote, the red light on the box flashes twice and nothing happens. No matter what button on the remote I hit, the light flashes twice with no results. I tried to search for this problem and found no articles on it. Hopefully someones got an answer. Thanks.
