OK, going to try this again...i originally made this post this afternoon, but it was during the time the forums were brought offline, so it didnt save...

here's my first pic....8790 fits very nicely, at least 4 inches to spare at the top...

here's the 2nd compartment...it's a few inches deep, you can easily fit another laptop in here, as it is well padded, (you can also fit a 2nd laptop in the main compartment...basically in the same spot where you'd put a notebook, etc....i'm telling you..lots of padding! hehe
so i have here my cd case, nostromo game pad, and mouse, fitting very nicely..

here's the 3rd compartment....another pocket, and more room for a notebook or papers....you wouldnt want to put anything thick in here, cause it will make the bag look bulky in the front...

here's one of everything zipped up, except for the part in the front which has snaps...this part is meant for your cd or mp3 player...it has a small hole to run your headphones through, which is kinda cool....

all in all, it's a great bag...keep in mind it's about 3 lbs by itself...but it's very comfortable to wear..the straps have a lot of padding....the bag is large tho too....it would have to be, since it fits a 17inch laptop so well....all things to consider..but i would highly recommend it, as long as you dont mind carrying a larger than average bag...

also, the material is very sturdy, i can see why someone would say it's waterproof..it just might be...although i'm not going to test it unless i get stuck in the rain ...and i also have not read anything that implicitly states it's waterproof...just an FYI

What is the keyboard-thing you have in there? (Below the mouse)
Some people use that kind of keyboard for gaming.

the 8790 or 4750 fits very nicely in the 315, that's what I've got. It's got lotsa room. It's also the coolest looking targus, in my opinion.

yup, belkin nostromo n51 to be exact, newest model, maybe it's n52, hehehe very nice, more for first person shooters than anything else...although you can configure all the buttons to do anything you want, and the software allows you to set up different profiles for different games...very nice toy...
