Okay, im gonna try to explain this as best I can and hope someone has a solution for me.
So say I have two (or more, it doesnt make a difference) internet explorers open (doesnt matter which program it is as long as it show up in the task bar so it could be anything and it still does it) If I am using the one window and want to switch over to the next window, normally i would just click the icon in the taskbar and that would be all... but as of yesterday If i click it once the window in the taskbar will just blink, if i click it a second time it thinks its minimizing it... and its not until the third click that it thinks i want to open that specific window... ITs just kind of annoying
let me know if there is a solution - it shouldnt be a virus because i scanned everyhting with NORTON and my system is clean.
