Where can I download the file? I do not want to pay 15 bucks just to subscribe file planet just to download it.

isn't it available to all fileplanet people now? maybe I misread the page, I thought it was "not" exclusive to those paying for the speedier servers, but then again, I didn't read it "that" thoroughly

don't you still have to be chosen as a group of 100,000 that will actually participate in the beta?

well i personally was selected for beta by blizzard. From wat i can tell from my time playing WoW works exceptionally well. There was no laggage or slowdown in play, everything was smooth and i had my graphics all set at high and resolution was 1024x7. So if anyone had any worries about being able to run WoW on lap then there is no need.

i cant wait for the open beta, i tried applying for the u.s. and european beta but never got into it, my friend managed to get into the stress test 7 day beta, BUT i could not apply to that because its limited to north american ip's only, it wouldnt let me sign up

how do you know you aren't in european beta ? They did not send the emails out yet so you don't know. I'm waiting too.
