I know, OLED's really are exciting.
Here is Samsung SDI's site devoted to their OLED's:

They seem to be the only producer of the Active Matrix OLED's.
Pioneer Japan and RiTdisplay Taiwan are mass-producing PMOLED outer window for mobile phones and Car Audios; other OLED manufacturers including Sony, SK (Sanyo+Kodak), Toshiba, Sharp, and LG are concentrating their efforts to develop technology and secure functions by setting 2004 as the year of industrialization/mass production.
Alot of people think that OLED's still have a short life span, which is a myth. The lifespan of the material itself draws near 10,000 hours already, and it has been developing by more than 30% every year; it is expected to achieve 40,000 hours of lifespan in year 2005 when AMOLED is regularized. The only thing that is keeping them from releasing the tech now is the lowered efficiency of the blue pixels. Blue is currently OK, but not as efficient as the red & green.
Also, Samsung has already created 15.5" dislays on a mass production level, which is why I am nervously waiting for the 15.4" Wide notebooks.
