ok, so it's been three weeks since alienware shipped the new 12.1 sentia. i have not been able to use PowerCinema on my system and Alienware support does not know anything about the software or how to use it. someone out there must have it working or figured out how to install it.
i do have it installed on a second partition as required but, at the end of the install process i received a message that the partition was not active.
any clues?
