Wireless Q

sorry I have a question.

but, how reliable and fast is a wireless lan for the 8887?

I have a dsl connection at home and when I play cs, someone will always call the phone, and I get a COnnection Problem. REALLY annoying. I'm assuming its because I don't have filters on the jack.

so I'm hoping the wireless on my new laptop will be a little less frusterating. tho I have heard of interface problems


another quick question... is there anything wrong with having my laptop on ...all day? granted its plugged in, so the battery doesn't die in 2 hrs.

Umm if you have dsl with no filters on the voice phones then you have iinterference issues no matter how you connect to the network... best to invest in a couple filters to fix the problem

Yeah, you can have it on all day, I usually do.
