I've taken alot of the info from this forum and found it very useful. I think I'll repay the forum back slowly.
Here are shots of my 8600's WXGA screen (I like it because I can read my text from a distance) and my friends WSXGA+ screen. I've always wondered which one was clearer.. better.. easier on the eyes.

You can compare how much more you can see in the first picture. Alot more of the Alienware topics can be seen on the WSXGA+ whereas only Sager can be seen on my WXGA. Also... take note of the minimize/maximize/close buttons. They're alot smaller on the WSXGA+ screen.
The recycling bins can be compared in the second picture as well as the start menu.
I looked at my friends WSXGA+ screen and I was amazed how clear and sharp it was. Each pixel is so small. It's quite amazing!

Nice job on the pics tho. I'm glad they will be used in the FAQ as well. They show the difference between the two as well as the ones there now if not a little better. That FAQ has been insanely helpful for me while I'm prepping to buy my iXPS. Hard to believe I had one ordered without even glancing at the FAQ or the unofficial guide on how to get a deal from Dell. Kinda glad it fell through even though I'm spending most of my free time pacing in front of the Dell site. haha... Again, great pics and nice lappies!
