Ive got itunes loaded on my t42p and apparently i just found out i can listen to everyone elses playlists in my college dorm...but can't download them. However, my bro said if i can find a free audio recording program i can record the songs while playin them off someone elses comp. Anyone know of any free audio recording programs???

Free would be Audacity, Really Good (and only $11.95) is Total Recorder. I use Audacity to edit audio, Total Recorder to record streaming audio and to Re-record those D@#^ed DRM encoded AAC iTunes files.

as for free audio recording programs im not sure, but adobe audition (formerly cool edit pro) is easy to learn. logic, cakewalk, garage band, there are many more but those are some simpler ones IMO.

if you really got wads of cash get some pro tools goodness!!!

For free one I'm not sure. I recommended Sony Sound Forge. It was the best program I have ever use. I never change to any other program since I start using Sound Forge 5 and now I use Sony Sound Forge 7. It is simple and easy to use with a lot of functions.
