Fresh Reinstall on New Dell

Is it recommended to reinstall a new Laptop as soon as you get it?
What I mean to say, is do Dell machines come with a lot of useless crap pre-installed?

How many people have reinstalled their machine as soon as they got it through the door?

I didn't clean my laptop when I got it... and now I have too much stuff on it so I won't! Although I wish I had

That will be the first thing I do when I finally get my XPS. Nothing like a clean install to kill all the bloat on any pre-installed machine

when i first turned on my laptop i had 33 processe runnign and after a nice clean install i had aorund 20. major difference. ALOT of junk
