ok, how do I take a screenshot of my desktop, and then how do I post it in here? Thanks

Right now I'm sharing my desktop with my mom and sister (my mom sold a laptop and the monitor on our other desktop since we're going to get new stuff), and I don't want to go through explaining "no, that's not Satan on my desktop mom it's just a character from a video game..."

press the Prt Scr button that should be next to F12 than press paste when you are in MS Paint. save it as a JPEG then go on to www.imageshack.us click browse and find your saved JPEG file click host it. then copy the libnk they give you for forums

Oh, and here's the wallpaper that I made for my SXGA+ Ferrari. Sadly, I won't get to use it until the replacement comes in a few days...

It's called "WAKE UP BABY!!" by Jose Manuel Oli. I had to resize and crop it to fit the 16:9 aspect.

All the good stuff is in the Science Fiction category, then select "Art of the Week" and/or "Standouts Only" and click Reload.

where are good places to find 1600 widescreen backgrounds?

Google: "1600 1200 wallpaper"

Or use your favorite image editing program to resize and crop your wallpaper artwork.

http://www.deviantart.com has a ton of high-resolution backgrounds, because a lot of the people who make them have high-resolutions... my favorite section is the abstract section... http://wallpaper.deviantart.com/abstract/ click on "Browse Today's Favorites" for the better-quality stuff.

yeah, deviant art is a personal favorite of mine too. thats where mines from. The 3d section has alot of nice stuff too!

Hit print screen then go to yourpic.net or another hosting site then follow their directions and put the picture in the forum as per their instructions.
