So I thought it would be a cool idea if everyone took a prt sc of their desktop and posted it... I dont know why, but i did this with a friend via aim, and it was really cool to see what everyone is looking at as they talk to you. Hope I dont end up being the only one to post here!

Yeah, well, I tend to just leave windows open, but I hate the way every little utility thinks they have to add an icon to your systray. Someday I hope to have so many icons in my systray, I have to have 2 monitors just to show them all.

Here's mine, couldn't be happier. I can't stand congested looking icons filled desktops.

I use various programs to achieve certain effects.

Window Blinds: customize nearly every aspect of windows.
MicroAngelo: customize your icons
StyleXP: allows you to manage your windows appearance using created themes with the above softwares.
Also check out the start button hack.

I do some heavy editing on customizing the windows desktop in every aspect my self. This theme in particular, however, was left untouched because I like it just as it is.

Sonicwind, isn't that a little bit TOO many icons congested on your desktop? Also, change the entire start bar to match the unreal theme rather than just the start button. That would rock. I'm sure you got some imagination up your sleeves.

Oh yea, the calendar, notes, and tasks are from active desktop calendar. The calendar changes date automatically. It shows the date number on your system tray.(ie that red 11) The notes and tasks are input by you whenever you want, but will go away automatically when it expires.

NOTE: All the stuff I use there is not done by me. In case the creator think I'm taking over the credit. I forgot the creator's name, but I hail to him/her. I like it JUST the way it is. Just because I know HOW to make things doesn't mean I make them as nice as others.
