Think it has the Geforce FX 5700 Go. Seams like the perfect notebook if you wan't to run Linux. Good price... Again, I myself is just looking for the first UXGA screen A64 notebook to come out. If it had that I would have bought it. I really can't find the full specs on this notebook. Anyone else have better luck?

It seems to be an upgraded version of the Acer Aspire 1510 series with a new chassis and widescreen display:

Btw, Asus also have a new Mobile Athlon 64 notebook:

Damn... SXGA+ screen with the new A64 Asus... I'm beginning to think UXGA just won't happen. Other than that the Asus seams to be very well featured. It has 5 USB 2.0 ports, Infrared, Firewire etc... nice. And it would been mine if it had UXGA screen. I absolutely need AMD64 + UXGA, period.

i would have got something like this , just if not for the VRAM, same with hp.. i dont understand putting relatively high end specs on a notebook and then putting a ATi 7500 or 9200 32mb graphics card on it.. Same with sony too actually..

Yeah, wierd!!!

A nice processor with tons of RAMs but equip it with 32/64 video card. It is like putting a nice V8 engine in a car, but the wheels are 10"

is it just me, or do you others believe that dell would be more appealing in the more "style" concious part of the market, for the people which cant stand using a brick for the shame and humiliation... dont you think that if dell put some more effort in their Design dep. they might attract more customers if their laptops didnt look like bricks???
