Fujitsu C2220 formating query

Can anyone help me on how to reformat my fujitsu C2220 notebook please. I have the recovery CDs but do not know how to start them off and there is nothing in the manual to explain what to do and Fujistu Tech support are away for the weekend. I would like to have my notebook working again Monday morning.

When you see the BIOS screen, hit F12, and select CD-ROM as the boot device.
