Im not sure about being considered an adult...but this is how it is:

16 = Able to buy wine/beer in shops and drink wine/beer in pubs.
18 = Able to buy wine/beer/spirits in shops and drink wine/beer/spirits in pubs.
12 = Age legally able to have sex.
18 = Age able to drive.

Yeah muns, thats right.

And no craig, age legally able to have sex with another person aged 12 or above. They have girls that age working at the red light district apparently...rather sick IMO.
