Help! CPU usage running at 100%!

Hey guys-

So I have just reinstalled windows for the third time this week and I have noticed that my CPU usage is running at 100% and this is slowing everything down on my computer. How do I change this? Thanks for any fedback!

Find out what is sucking down cycles and kill it.

I have looked under task manager and whatever program I am running, it uses 90-100% of the CPU usage (it doesn't matter what program). What is going on?

I had the same problem.

I think its EZULA ( spyware ) .

1. Close all programs running in the background
e.g> go to start , click on run , type msconfig , systemconfiguration programm will pop up , click on tasks tab , click on de activate all , go to starup tab ,
de activate all ..... restart computer

2. Run an Antivirus programm ( best norton antivirus with latest update )

Just remeber to RE-start the things you actually want/need to start up again afterwards...
