Guide to Tweaking Centrino Memory Speed

I've just written a brief doc on my how to manually set the CAS latency and other memory timing parameters on Centrino notebooks. You can find the writeup here: http://highlandsun.com/hyc/centrino/

This is nothing earthshattering, I've only got about a 1.5% performance boost from it. But I figured it was worth sharing the knowledge, especially since most notebooks don't have these settings in their BIOS setup menus. Let me know if you have any comments / questions...

Sure...

So out of curiosity, how many of you out there actually have DDR400 memory in your Centrino notebooks already?
