What Webcam to get?

So me and my GF are going to different colleges and she thought getting webcams would be a good idea. I thought so too, so i might get them as a gift for her. Whats pretty much the best quality webcam you can get? I have a friend at best buy and can get stuff pretty freaking cheap, so whats the best setup i can get?

logitech makes decent cams. make sure resolution is 640 by 380 and above. some cams double as a digital camera that you can take with you and take pics and upload on computer. best buy has a good selection. im sure you friend can recommend one. ive seen them from 30 bucks on up.
