Warranty question: What is IND and why isn't it for the duration of my Warranty?

I was looking at my Warranty information under my account. Something caught my eye and I was wondering about it. Under my info it says

Initial Next Business Day 9/3/2004 9/3/2005 352
Initial Next Business Day 9/3/2004 9/3/2005 352
Extended 9/3/2005 9/2/2008 1095

What's up with the Initial next business day only being what I assume started out as 365? Why wouldn't it be the duration of my extended warranty? But then again I really don't even know what it means. Could someone fill me in? Thanks!

Dell gave you a one year warranty by default, and it is onsite I think because you bought the onsite warranty (though it might be what organization you ordered thru)

Mine is the same. 1 year of Dell's base warranty then the extended is listed after. it's just normal
