Graphics Card upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade my graphics card in my hp pavilion zd7000 series?

I have a go5700 that I would want to upgrade in the future. Would this be possible?

I've been reading about mxm cards from nvidia. Do you think when these come out that I'll be able to replace my go5700?
