3790 Camera

Hey I just recieved my 3790 and was very pleased with it .... had one dead pixel and tried rubbing it with a sadwich baggy so i didnt get oil on it ... i didnt have any gloves ..... the screen went white a littel bit so i quess i pushed it to hard .... it went away ... but it the pixel is still stuck.....


anyways ... I intalled the camera and the camera sowftware and the camera just shows a black screen or nothing when i try to use it .... any suggestions???????

Means you installed the wrong driver. I'ts the T something one.

are you sure you have enough lighting ? the camera is horrible.

To install the right driver, go into settings, then device manager, and select to camera. Then double click it, and click upgrade or find driver. Then put the camera cd in and it should automatically copy the necessary drivers.

Put in the driver CD... open up the dvd drive... in the cd there're two directories... one named CAM and the other named T**... can't remember what it called, but starts with the letter T... the driver you should install is in that folder

omg the camera sucks !!!! the light has to be like right on or it doesnt even show anything ... is this a possible driver or bios problem or is as good as it gets?

i don't have my camera driver cd anymore, so i downloaded the webcam driver from sager's website...but i'm just getting blank white space. anyone know 'sup with this, or of a different location to get the right driver if i'm using the wrong one?
