I'm seriously considering ordering an XPS tomorrow but I have a question (I'll probably have more later), does Dell's special XPS phone service really get you through faster? The reason I'm asking is I have a friend who has an Inspiron 1100 that had some problems and he had to spend hours on the phone, once he was hanging on for 3 hours. Have your phone calls been answered much faster with the XPS service?
