2nd HDD on the 5670 question

hiya

now that sager has come out with this option i was wondering about something.

is it possible to modify the optional 2nd optical drive bracket (i have that) to take a second HDD ??

both devices connect through the ide channels (in a desktop pc) so i guess the interfaces couldnt be that different inside the bracket.

but it remains to be seen if that is the case or not

a few pics for comparison would b great

If you try to configure a 5670, you can put a hard drive into the second media bay. I'm not positive about this, but it looks like that bay will take either an optical drive or a hard drive (using brackets).

Anything is possible, but is it worth the $30 it costs to just buy the bracket that fits perfect and is made for it? IMO it wouldn't be.

We have the bracket and hard drives listed in the accessories section. They are quick release and replace the floppy drive bay.
