Hi all,

I'd like to know soe things about laptop.

1- Does Xmas is a good period to buy one, do the prices are low at this moment?

2- What is the best battery life I can get with a 64 bits proc?

3- I'd like to find a notebook with a 64 bits proc, the longer battery life possible and a normal VC, 64 MB or more dedicated... What do you recommend me?

4- Is it easy to change the HD of a laptop? How?

5- Thanks for your help!

Yeah, reallly a good thanks,

1) I'm sure there will be deals and all that. Dell will jump on that. But the best laptops won't be out till after Christman.

2) Right now? Your only choice is the AMD Athlon which gives about 2-3.(?) Correct me if I am wrong.

3) Eh... Ferrari I guess. Don't really know a lot of Athlon notebooks so... ya.

4) Generally yes. Notebooks are different and all have different placements of the hard drive and such. There will most likely be instruction for the notebook you want somewhere.

5) Yes.
