ive been pricing centrino lappies for a while now, and something strange is happening. The IBM T40P which is the laptop I would have bought if I had more $$ now seems to only have a 32mb 9000 and this takes some hunting around the website to find (most have the 7500...) tere is a 64mb firegl version for 3K plus but I know this isnt what I was looking at earlier. Also, I looked again at the 600m today and they all have 32mb cards, didnt these all used to be 64? am I seeing things? I thought this might be a precursor to the new ati chips but apparently these wont work in centrinos for a little bit, so I dont know why the change happened. anyone got an idea?
