I'm suprised about how he thinks these people are suckers. He didn't get any money from them. Who here would not have responded to that post, while remaining a bit sceptical. I know I would have been first on the list.

I agree. There is nothing to lose by responding since he wasn't asking for any money. Even if you know he is FOS there is always the chance that he's not so why not give it a try. Nothing to lose.

Now if he started to say he was going to send them a check from his Nigerian bank account and would they please send back the difference . . . then we'd have some suckers.

I might have responded and I'm buying one. Hopefully that M16 guy makes due on his threat and kills him. He wants to torture him first but I don't think his prank was that severe.
