After a little research I finally managed to track down some UK distributors of Clevo, and thought I'd post them here just in case it was of use to anyone else.
http://www.ajp.co.uk have both the 5600 and 8880 (branded as AJP) at quite a reasonable price (starts at 1408 GBP for the 5600). This is a much better deal than the much hyped Alienware anyway (2000 GBP+) - albeit less pretty to look at!
AJP don't seem to offer the 8880 with the remote control though. Hmmm. Perhaps that option is Sager specific? Presumably Sager options could be ordered and would work OK?
http:///www.rockdirect.com also do Clevo. Although they seem to offer a more limited range they DO provide 3 years collect and return. Not bad.
If anyone has anymore links I would be grateful. I'm just relieved I'm not going to have to import a machine from the states!
