Ethernet driver

I have just bought the inspiron 9100. I reinstalled windows because i was tired of all the sh*** they installed. But when the installation was finished I realised that the cd with the drivers was broken!!! I've managed to find most of the drivers i need on the internet and then transfered them to the 9100.
My problem is that I cant find the driver for the integrated ethernet card, could anyone please give me a link to it?.
Also in the hardwaremanagement overview I see a ? infront of PCI-modem, why is that?

Its on Dells download page for your model .. Did you look there??

The PCI-Modem should be your 56K modem thats installed.
