Uniwill 257SA1

Bought this lil fella in order to write a review and address issues that owners of older models had reported about heat buildup. Specs and other goodies are as follows:

•No Operating System
•Pentium 4 3.0C 800MHz w/ HT (Northwood)
•1 x 512MB DDR 400 (Micron)
•60GB Hitachi 7k60 Hard Drive (7200RPM)
•Intel Pro Wireless 2200b/g Mini-PCI WiFi card
•1 year parts/labor warranty
•Nylon carrying case

$1300 - Price Dropped

Since I've already tested this unit I can confirm that it is free from dead/stuck pixels and is otherwise defect free as well.

Appreciate the offer but I'm not looking for a trade. I bought/built this system in order to review it here on the forums, I never had plans to keep it nor did I need another lappy - I my Twinhead N15RB

Ok, this system is still available for sale and, at this point, I'd just like to recoup some of the money I invested in it in order to provide a review here on the boards.

I'm dropping the price to $1350, though at this price, shipping is not included. Bear in mind that this system is BRAND NEW and has been tested (no dead pixels, over a 72 hour burn-in) and it posted some very impressive benchmark scores.

If you are looking for a powerful gaming laptop with decent portability (7.7lbs), look no further.

Did I mention this is below dealer cost?

I must say I'm surprised that this system has garnered so little interest. It is a helluva a lot of laptop for a bargain basement price...especially since I am now lowering the price, yet again, to $1300. Those people seeking a deal on a powerful gaming laptop should read my review, I don't think you can get more bang for buck.
