Dell's customer service does suck.
I order the same drive 9/24 for $126. Called back 9/27 to see why my order was cancelled. They said I cancelled it which was BS.
So I had to repalce my order and got charged again. Last week I barley got my credit back form the the original order since THEY forgot to release my money. I ended getting it that 9/30 even though it was on back order according to the website.
Never again will I deal with Dell, newegg from now on.
