Hey does anybody know how to fix that it says physical memory dump its on my freinds computer and it happens frequently thanks in advance!
You need to see where the error is occurring. When it starts dumping, it should also tell you which binary caused it.

Get that information first and then we can probably help more.

"Dumping", I mean...

Lol, that reminds me of one day when I was taking a programing class the program I made had a memory leak in it. It was pretty interesting thing to see the computer as it was running the program slowey become unable to do anything.

With the memory dumb issue you should write down the whole error that you get that way I am sure someone here can help you out.

Is your friend usually playing games, watching DVD or doing something graphically intensive when the BSOD occurs?

From the looks of it, it might be a video driver issue. Get the latest video card driver and see if that fixes the issue.

If you're already at the latest version, try downgrading a version to see if it's something in the latest version.

It could also be a heat issue (it's getting too hot, so it borks up the system).

Download the latest drivers from ATI, the Catalyst 4.9. Either download the compete package bundle or download the driver package and then the Control Panel package. Before installing the new drivers make sure to remove the older version of the ATI Control Panel and the old ATI display drivers through the Add/Remove Programs menu.

Check to see if the laptop is overheating. It could cause the instabilities.

Same issues can occur. If the video card overheats, it'll take down the system pretty quickly.

Insufficient cooling in a system will shorten lifetime as well.

Dark_Crusader17, i had the same problem... and to tell you the truth... i have NO IDEA how i fixed it... the IRQ_NoT_less_or_equal is an interrupt error usually when your video card is sharing an IRQ with something else, usually the PCI card that is closest to it...so I removed all my PCI cards and i was still getting it, i didnt have any PCI cards installed... so i reformatted, and went to reinstall windows, but i couldnt even install windows...i still got the error... so i bought a new hard drive... still go the error...then for like 3 days i didnt do anything...came back to it one day... and I installed windows fine………………………….. my advice to you would be to check these 4 things… to try and narrow it down

1)check and make sure you CPU is not overheating
2)make sure you do not have a bad HD
3)make sure your video card isn’t sharing an IRQ with any PCI cards.. (with mine it was my Ethernet card, you can find your IRQ listings in device manager, then VIEW resources by connection…)
4)make sure you GPU isn’t overheating…

If you're using ACPI, you may not have a choice in #3. ACPI allows the system to allocate IRQs as it sees fit.
