Just so you guys know, you are enticing another pc vs. mac discussion here. But, as much as I would like to argue how Mac is not a monopoly (that would be like saying BMW is a monopoly to their 320i and Chevy's a monopoly to their own Corvette's); how there is TONS of software out for Mac (ever been to versiontracker.com?, that should just give you a hint) - and especially how their own software (especially media-based programs) is just as good and in some cases better; and how paying money for a logo is a weak excuse to trash a company (I could argue the same case for 50,000 different companies, and my claims would be just as bogus); I decided I won't push this thread. Bottom line for my statement is this - I have both a PC and a Mac, and I love both. They both do what I want and get the job done, and when it comes down to it, I wouldn't have made my choices any other way.
Now don't get me wrong. For me, this was the best plan of action. But for many, a Sager laptop would be a much better investment than an Apple. People go with what works for them, and trashing one company or another really isn't going to change their minds if their product has proved useful and worth it's cost (and I've found that in my case).
And finally, before any of you PC laptop fans start getting hot headed after reading this post, understand that this is my biased opinion towards Macs, and I'm offering you an argument to my statement so that any bias you may have received from my post will be eliminated (this is just letting you all know I don't take this debate as seriously as you think):http://www.ancientspear.com/mac.wmv
