384MB2D,DDR,MHZ,2 DIMM is this good memory?

it just means that you have 2 dimms that add up to 384mb. 1x256mb stick and 1x128mb. I'm guessing that's what the "2D" is after "384MB", and it should have a number like 133, 166, 200 before "MHZ". We can't tell you if it's good memory unless we know the Brand, speed, and latency.
