CL56 Scaling down resolution

I was wondering if any of guys that own the CL56 scale down the 1400x1050 resolution to something a bit more readable say to 1280x968 or even 1024x768 (for gaming). I'm still deciding if I should buy this notebook because of the fine resolution of the screen. I was wondering if scaling down the resolution would blur things a lot or would the image quality be ok to use. I personally find things to be too small on a 1400x1050 15 inch screen.

Running a lower res for gaming is not a problem but running anything but native on your desktop would make it more blurry. Get a screen that you are comfortable with at the native res.
