Does anyone have that page, screenshot, or otherwise? Apparently my Dell rep has 'forgotten' about it.

Offered for the first time on Dell notebooks, the Inspiron XPS will feature a graphics upgrade option for enthusiasts who want to stay at the top of their game with leading edge technology. And, getting the graphics card upgrade is easy. The customer purchases the upgrade, available at a later date, and a Dell technician will be dispatched to install the graphics card at the customer's home. The service is based on the customer's schedule which eliminates the need to send the system back to Dell and experience unnecessary downtime.

Doesn't mention a free upgrade.

Well, Kinda moot at this point. Buy the upgrade, install it yourself and call them. They will credit the install fee of $94.46. They did mine by email, and credit came thru this am.. $298 is not bad for this upgrade.. Took me 30 mins to install.

No. Not true. Read other posts on this. It is warranted. It is easy to install. DO a search here for installation instructions. I'm telling you, it was easy. There are other posts on this. Just take your time and you will be fine.
