"Rush" designation on system build???

Hello everyone,

I have been calling AW everyday checking on the status of my order and basically just trying to get someone to confirm that the order is in production. Because of my constant nagging, I have been told that they have designated my order a "Rush Order" and slapped it with a "red tag" so the builders know that it is a priority.

Has anyone had any experience with this kind of situation? Or is this just more smoke and mirrors?

Thanks.

Wish I could of had that. I had to wait 6 weeks and one hurricane to get mine

I almost got to that point but I didn't call that much. That means that you are lucky though, they are going to build yours quick and send it out so you stop calling them and wasting their time, lol j/k. Really, they are going to put it to the front of the que and get yours out the door asap. Your lucky to get on that list.

I hope you are right polorboy. I totally understand that it takes time to build this thing, but my main concern is that it just stays on track. The thing that worries me, is that I am still in Phase 1. The AW reps assure me that the Phase game is not relevant in my case and that I am actually in phase 9. So I really have no choice but to call AW to find out my status because the Phases are way off.

I think they are all marked rush. Wouldn't be fair to anyone else to put another PC in front of them in line. They'll tell you anything to make you feel better during the waiting period. I don't sound cynical, do I? It will be worth the wait.
