Whenever I close my lid, the backlight turns off and won't come back, and sometimes, the screen is a weird thing and it's worse than having no backlight.
My system periodically crashes, and by periodically I mean aobut every half hour. I have all the windows updates, no viruses, and the only programs I have installed at microsoft office and winamp which are pretty stable.
Lastly, I get a battery life of about 2 hours doing nothing. I emailed Alienware and they won't send me a new battery even though I did what they suggested to fix the problem.
