Can't boot from CD?

I have a 5680, which I bought about a year ago... Trying to run the recovery CD that came with it, press F2 so I can get to setup, go to boot from disk, doesn't do anything.

Tried going to the boot screen (F8) and boot to recovery console, only gives me the standard windows xp which is already there...

Am I doing something wrong? My programs, and games have slowed down heavily lately, I haven't done a system wipe yet, always seems to fix things on my other computers, and gets them running smooth again.... Not sure what I am missing this time.

In the BIOS, make sure CD is the first Boot Device.
