I had to replace my DVD burner, but other than that it's been flawless and I love it. I also only had one problem with my first Alienware laptop, it was getting BSODs due to some video driver error. Unfortunately it was stolen before I could fix the problem. Alienware handled my burner swap wonderfully though, I love the new 8x burner they gave me.

1. Just like everyone else the DVD burner...hummm is it just me or are the other ones sucky!!! I guess thats why they went with lite-on. The others have a life span of one year...lol
2. Battery latch fell off
3. IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS error all the time...(turned out to be the memory, sent it back waiting for some need memory. The old memory is in and NOOOO error...how nice!)

1- AC Adapter failed causing my mobo to fry. Smelled cool , but the "coolness" quickly wore off when i realized I would need to sent the lappy in.
Fsked up mobo = no sound. That's pretty much it.... besides the wait.
everyone who votes should also tell how long they've had their system for...could be a month with no problems, which really isnt saying much...
